We know you are all anxiously awaiting the publication of the book, but as things go in the publishing world, there is another delay. But not to worry! It won't be long! The electronic version of the book should be available on Amazon.com by mid April, so keep checking for it there, and of course, we'll post another announcement here on the blog.
